- Location: Yerevan, Armenia
- Transport: Free transport will be provided from the Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport, to your accommodation. Please give all details regarding your travel to the organizing committee, so we can arrange your shuttle on the day of arrival, and departure.
- Organizers: European University Sports Association (EUSA), Armenian Student Sports Federation (ASSF) & Armenian State University of Economics.
- Partners: Republic of Armenia – Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Armenian Chess Federation, Chess Academy of Armenia.
